Fast global shipping



Most standard shipments are sent through DHL, UPS and DPD Transport. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.

Packages usually reach their destination in 2-6 business days but occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10am Central European Time Zone - Brussels) may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Track a package

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse. You can track your package from here. This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to be available.

VAT & Duties

Some countries apply extra duties or VAT on shipments. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Glomarket bv - Ribcap will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

On the official website of the European Union you can check which additional amounts you may have to pay.

We do not ship to all countries, due to excessive government regulations, high rates of fraud or due to import/export regulations.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform.

If you are not satisfied with any of your Ribcap item, you may return it to us for refund.

  • 14 days return possible
  • Guaranteed handling of your return within 5 days

How to return

  1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying order number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. 

    A return or an exchange is only possible under these conditions

    • The product shows no signs of visible use.
    • The product returns with original packaging.
    • The product is not damaged as a result of return transport.
    • A print out from this e-mail in the return box.
    • And this within 2 weeks after your purchase
  2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

    Please note that original shipping fees are non refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

    We can help you return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping.

    Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to Belgium if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.

  3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.
